American Express Merchant Services

Our team’s relationship with American Express extended to include Merchant Services. We were retained to build a campaign strategy to drive consumer response into AMEX dining merchants. Together with the AMEX web development team in Canada, the team created and developed the digital assets and hard materials to launch and roll out an integrated campaign strategy. As well as offering consumers incentive based rewards and prizes for simply registering, merchant business details and location maps were provided as a means of encouraging retail response and supporting merchant loyalty.
